Catalog Optimizer offers AI CSV cleaning and Shopify catalog formatting services for supplier spreadsheets. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• You must have the rights needed to upload and process your files.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

Payments

Paid packages are sold as one-time AI CSV cleaning runs for the SKU tier shown at checkout. Payment processing, taxes, refunds, and fraud checks may be handled by our merchant-of-record or payment partners.

No guarantee of merchant import approval

We aim to produce Shopify-ready output, but you remain responsible for reviewing product data, compliance details, pricing, and import decisions before using the generated catalog in a live store.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to improve security, reliability, or product quality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Catalog Optimizer is provided on an as-is basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
