Overview

Catalog Optimizer provides AI CSV cleaning services for supplier spreadsheets and Shopify catalog preparation. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with questions.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact details you provide when contacting support.
  • Catalog files, CSV files, and spreadsheet data you upload for processing.
  • Technical usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Transaction and billing details handled through our payment provider.

How we use information

  • To process uploaded files and generate Shopify-ready outputs.
  • To provide customer support and respond to service questions.
  • To detect abuse, improve reliability, and troubleshoot issues.
  • When you choose catalog sharing, to improve support for messy supplier formats.
  • To comply with legal, tax, fraud, and payment obligations.

Catalog sharing

Catalog sharing is optional and off by default. If you choose to leave a copy during upload, that source file, its generated Shopify output, processing metadata, and optional feedback may be used to improve the service. You can turn off future sharing in Settings; shared copies already submitted may be retained until reviewed and cleaned up.

Data sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, payment, analytics, and AI processing vendors. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Generated outputs remain available for user download for 30 days after a completed job. Non-shared source files may be deleted after processing. Shared source files, outputs, and feedback may be retained for product quality review, then cleaned up without removing your job history.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information where applicable. Some records may be retained if needed for security, tax, legal, or payment compliance reasons.
